Not only can you
electronically transfer your
maintenance requests
here but also contact any
individual on staff at Alpha
Park, Inc. As a service to our tenants, we provide quarterly filter changes and wash the windows twice a year. Reminder: We will be vacuuming the park as part of our spring |
clean up so please refrain from leaving pallets and other debris in the loading dock areas and by you or any of Alpha Park’s dumpsters. Please remember to NOT feed the geese as it causes a problem around Lake Judy in regard to additional clean up. We have installed urns at building A for smokers to deposit cigarette butts. Please keep them there. |

| Alpha Park is proud to announce that Evan Klotzman has joined our team as a full-time member. Some of you may remember Evan from years ago when he worked summers here while in high school. | After graduating from The Ohio State University, Evan worked in Cinncinnati as a 401K analyst with Fidelity Investments. We are happy to re-acquire his services, as well as to help him escape back home to Browns country. | Evan looks forward to meeting or reintroducing himself to everyone at Alpha Park. Summertime At Last |

During the upcoming months, if you plan on holding any outdoor activities please call our office to notify us. We have to make sure that any events planned will not interfere with normal day to day operations of the park and not effect your fellow tenants. Please remember that there is NO fishing in Lake Judy at any time. Skateboarding is NOT allowed in the park so if you see any boarders notify us. We will be cleaning all windows in |
Alpha Park in the coming weeks so you may better enjoy the views. Landscaping If you have not had a chance, please stop by Lake Judy and take at look at the new track around the lake. Also, check out the new plantings in Alpha Park along Alpha Drive. Keys Please We do not keep keys to your suite at our office. Once a space is turned |
over to a tenant, they are in possession of the keys that fit their suite. Alpha Park does, in the event of an emergency, have an experienced locksmith on staff who can quote duplication or re-keying of locks. Tech News We have recently set up a beta test for a free wifi "Mesh" that allows wireless internet connectivity. If you have any questions about how to get up and running, we can help. |
